Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee. 15-29 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: No refund unless extenuating circumstances apply.

Road Trip All Masters acts as an intermediary and is not liable for actions of third-party service providers. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

6. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
